L.A.S Property Development & Consulting was established in 2006 by Lynn Solomon.
Since 2006, L.A.S has been providing quantity surveying and project management services to the public and private sectors.
Our passion for the built environment and the pursuit of excellence are the driving forces behind us when executing projects entrusted to us.

L.A.S Property Development & Consulting currently has a Level 2 Broad-Based BEE Status (Procurement Recognition Level 125%).

L.A.S Property Development & Consulting believes that business has an ethical responsibility to conduct operations in an environmentally and socially conscious manner.
Our environmental policy governing our day-to day operations mainly aims to:

- Recycle and reduce waste
- Reduce energy consumption
- Reduce travel
We strongly believe in assisting in the enrichment and development of all underprivileged communities and historically our support has been mainly in the form of:
- Pro bono advisory services for social impact projects such as schools
- Sponsorships for school fees, uniforms, stationery, equipment, etc.
- Mentorship/Internship initiatives
